  • 1.  How do I make a purchase?    

    Shopping at UMI Pearls is easy:

    • → Choose the pearl jewellery you would like to order
    • → Choose the type of gold and other option available on the specific jewellery and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING CART' button on the product page.
    • → Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING cart' icon at the top right hand of the page.
    • → Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

  • 2.  Do I need to set up an account to place an order?    

    You can shop at UMI Pearls without creating an account.

    However, if you register with us you will receive an additional 10% Discount and receive sale notification.

  • 3.  Is my personal information kept private?

  • 4.  I forgot my password, what should I do?    

    To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the LOG IN page.

  • 5.  What payment methods does UMI Pearls accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?    

    We accept credit and debit card with Visa/MasterCard logo, PayPal and Cash On Delivery.

    The part of the web site that collects your credit/debit card information is hosted by Network International, our preferred online partner. Your details are not held on our web site or our databases.   • 6.  What courier does UMI Pearls use to ship my item?    

    We use UPS for shipping items that are paid using credit card and PayPal. For Cash On Delivery we use Aramex.

  • 8.  How long does delivery take?    

    We at UMI Pearls make every effort to have your order dispatched within 48 hours once the order has been placed. For our UAE customers, the shipping time ranges between 1-3 working days depending on the specifics of the order. As for our international customers, the shipping time ranges between 5-7 working days depending on specifics of the order and on which particular country the UMI Pearl Jewellery is being shipped to. We endeavor to use the shortest and most effective delivery time always!

  • 9.  Can I request to ship the order to a different address?    

    Yes, you can choose to have the item delivered to a different address.

  • 10.  Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?    

    Before your purchase has been prepared for dispatch we can cancel or change the item or edit your billing and shipping details.

  • 11.  Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?    

    We are unable to redirect your delivery to another address once your order has been dispatched. We highly recommend that you provide a suitable shipping address to avoid any delays in receiving your order.

  • 12.  How do I return or exchange an item?    

    UMI Pearls strives to deliver to its customers the highest quality of products and absolute customer satisfaction. If you have received a product from us that is faulty or does not meet expectations, you have 30 days from date of delivery to contact us. Click here for more information.

  • 13.  How can I track my order?    

    Kindly log on to www.ups.com to track your order with the reference provided on the email we sent you.

  • 14.  Will I be refunded the full value of my order?    

    Your refund will be issued to the original payment method that was used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless your items are faulty.
